Newly Enrolled Students Your email and login ARE NOT the same as those used to enroll your student.
When you log into aeries software, you will need the codes from the automated email handy. If you do not have these codes, please contact your school site to obtain these codes for your portal account.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU LOGIN TO YOUR PARENT PORTAL IF YOU DON'T SEE THE YELLOW BANNER, PARENT DATA CONFIRMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU.
Step 1: Use the same email address previously used to login to your account.
Step 2: You will be prompted to print out the “Acknowledgement of Rights and Responsibilities (24-25).
Step 3: You will need to sign this form (no electronic signatures can be accepted) and upload it (Remember, you can take a picture of the signed document and email it to yourself and then upload if you do not have a scanner)
Step 4: Please be sure to update your emergency contact information in Aeries so we have current phone numbers and emails. This included listing all parents/guardians.

In addition, you may receive an email from your child’s school as we get closer to the first week of school requesting you to upload or return specific signed school documents. Please follow individual school directions regarding school document return.

If you need support with completing the PDC process including accessing your account, uploading documents, or finalizing PDC it is best to contact your school site and ask for assistance and/or make arrangements for in-person support.
